Steve & Charlene {Engagement}

A few weeks ago I had a great engagement session with Steve and Charlene. You might remember their “Sneak Peak”.

We met in Redondo Beach where they used to live.

I also found out that is the place where Steve proposed to Charlene.

Then we strolled around the streets a bit.

I kept picking spots that had some texture. Below was an awesome astro turf wall.

After Redondo Beach we went to the place where they met, their work.

They happen to work for a beautiful golf course.

Steve and Charlene changed so they could hit a few balls. But first I found this great area.

A few swings just for the camera…lol

I think this is the only photograph they have in a golf cart.

We ended the session with them looking out to their future together.

Steve and Charlene, I look forward to seeing you again in October for your wedding.
I know we’ll have a lot more fun and stories to tell. Thanks again for allowing me to do what I love!

Rusty’s Haircut {Personal}

So a few weeks ago I gave my little boy Rusty a haircut! Well I used my hand and scissors thinking I could do a darn good job. Well I sucked at it! This poor little guy looked all chopped up!

So today out of guilt, I took him to the groomer and had him professionally groomed. They also cleaned his ears, cut his nails and they filed down his pads.

So now my little guy looks happy as can be! This Sunday he’ll be 17 weeks old. I bought a new toy for him for being a good boy at the groomers, which I didn’t photograph. Oh boy I’m slipping up!

I love side profiles of dogs!

They trimmed his backside, They did a much better than I could ever do! I’m always afraid that I’m gonna nick something!

How can you not love me????

If you won’t, I’m gonna lick you until you do!

You guys make me happy when you come and visit my page!

As you can see he’s getting bigger and longer. He is still as handsome as when I fell in love with him. I remember the first time I saw him and said he is mine!

Nelia {Newborn}

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing newborn baby Nelia. You might remember her “Sneak Peak“.

You will see Nelia holding mommy Shadi’s finger. I love showing comparisons so you’ll also see proud father Alex holding Nelia’s tiny foot. I was even able to quickly snap a few photographs of big sister Eily. I tied it all together at the end with a family session.

Alex and Shadi you have an amazing family! It was an honor to be back in your home capturing anther stage of life for you guys. Thank you so very much!

Jonah {Newborn}

I had a newborn photography session a couple weeks ago with baby Jonah. New parents Richard & Jamie. You might remember their “Sneak Peak”.

Big sister Ella warmed up to me right away while I was setting up. But when it came to her taking
any photographs she suddenly became shy. So after our family session I kept talking with her
and asked her to sit on the chair. From here I was able to snap off a few good shots of her.
