Rusty & Roxy 12/26/2011 {Pet}

I’ve been asked recently how my kids are doing. So I thought I would photograph them and share it with everyone.

Rusty is now 15.5 pounds and doing great! He is a great big brother! He is kind, gentle and sweet! He allows her to tug and tear at his ears and bite his legs.

Roxy is now 5.8 pounds. She is a talker! She has started to sleep on the bed with Rusty and I. Not one mistake thus far! Let’s keep our fingers crossed! She is a puppy and does the puppies things. From what I can tell, she has adjusted pretty well!

For the both them, they play together well. At times a bit rough but I image that is just the way dogs do it. Just happens to be around the time I want to sit down and watch a movie. lol The cutest thing I’ve noticed is how much they are together. When we are out on walks or in the house she rubs up against him to say “hey I’m here”. It’s totally cute!

They are so adorable. I love that they are both affectionate and when they need love they get it from you. I also love how when you throw a toy Rusty gets it and then about 1/2 way back to you Roxy takes it from him (so funny). When we took them out for potty time on Christmas Eve it was beautiful to see their connection. She was looking for him always and when he got too far ahead she would run to him and then smash her body into his. You did such a great job picking your kids. I love them so much

Rusty 5/1/2011 {Pet}

Yesterday I was playing with my strobe lights when I decided to photograph Rusty. He needs a bath and a haircut but still thought he looked cute enough to share his photographs from our mini pet session.

~ Booking only Saturday and Sunday’s between 9 am and 3 pm

Rusty’s Haircut {Personal}

So a few weeks ago I gave my little boy Rusty a haircut! Well I used my hand and scissors thinking I could do a darn good job. Well I sucked at it! This poor little guy looked all chopped up!

So today out of guilt, I took him to the groomer and had him professionally groomed. They also cleaned his ears, cut his nails and they filed down his pads.

So now my little guy looks happy as can be! This Sunday he’ll be 17 weeks old. I bought a new toy for him for being a good boy at the groomers, which I didn’t photograph. Oh boy I’m slipping up!

I love side profiles of dogs!

They trimmed his backside, They did a much better than I could ever do! I’m always afraid that I’m gonna nick something!

As you can see he’s getting bigger and longer. He is still as handsome as when I fell in love with him. I remember the first time I saw him and said he is mine!
